- Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping on orders over $100.00 - there is no charge on standard shipments within the Continental USA. Free shipping does not apply to Express Mail, Overnight, Fed-Ex and International shipments. Please note that the times given are estimates provided by postal services! I do everything possible to make sure you get your item safe and quickly. I will replace any item that arrives damaged. Please remember that during the holidays, shipping times may be significantly lengthened.
First Class 7-10 days domestic Priority Mail Flat Rate 2-3 days domestic Overnight Canada: Add $9.05 to the standard delivery rate, allow at least 7-10 days. This shipping cost does not include any additional charges implied by the Canadian Government, which are the responsibility of the customer. Street address and phone number are required.
Other International: Add $24.05 on standard delivery, allow 14-30 days. This does not include any import tax or custom duties, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Phone number and street address are required.
Gift wrapping, including card is available for $5.50. Gifts can be shipped to separate addresses, please e-mail me and I'll do my best to accomodate your needs.

- Return Policy
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card ASAP. Please allow 7-10 business days to process after returned merchandise has been received. There are no additional charges for an exchange.Please email me within 3 days of receiving your scarf to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please let me know if it arrives damaged or why you are not pleased.
